Vestibular Vitality
Through gentle assisted movements and aided by props including chairs and bolsters, the goal of this class is to offer an experience that honors the unique needs of all participants while cultivating a community focused on support and shared strength.
This class seeks to reduce dizziness for guests who suffer from BPPV (and other inner-ear and stress related balance issues) through graded exposure and gentle yoga poses. The class will seek to teach grounding, orientation, and safe movement patterns while also maintaining a calm and soothing environment to avoid sympathetic nervous system triggers.
Yin Options
Yin classes will follow the traditional practice of surrender and passive holds over muscle engagement and plentiful poses, synced to immersive and deeply relaxing music. Daybreak Yin focuses on deep opening of the anterior body, while our Twilight Yin emphasizes the posterior.
Restoration Yoga
Bliss Bodywork Nidra
Our most gentle and nourishing class, this highly prop-supported practice is dedicated to rest and nervous system regulation. In this class, guests will be guided into a series of fully supported poses held for several minutes, allowing the body and mind to soften gradually.
This “yogic sleep” class is a deep relaxation focused class that seeks to achieve a state between wakefulness and sleep, and is thus a great option for those who have trouble unwinding at the end of the day. Mini whiteboards will be given during this class so guests can write areas they’d like to focus on, for example, “feet” or “shoulders” so the instructor has an idea of where to do compressions mid session.
Harmonic Soundbath
60 minutes of meditative soundscape crafted by our resident sound healer, Maliha. No movement or prior experience is required.
Inner Compass Meditation
A guided, introspective meditation practice to help guests turn inward, listen deeply, and reconnect with their inner wisdom. This class includes breathwork, visualization, and focused awareness techniques with guests supported by meditation props.
Red Light Therapy
Our Strong & Steady Flow and Adaptive Core Mat Pilates classes both are available during select times with Red Light Therapy.
This low-impact yoga flow is designed especially for expectant parents and is suitable for all trimesters. This class focuses on gentle movement and mindful stretching to ease common prenatal discomforts and support changing bodies.
A gentle & mindful adaptation of Vinyasa yoga. Our strongest and most active class, but with emphasis on balance and breath over intensity and speed.
Accessories
Every class has 30 minutes of open time post-session, for guests to have tea, chat with their instructor, and try our props including red light therapy, balance boards, lymphatic vibrating plates, and Shakti acupressure mats.
This class will cover the basics of yoga asana (physical poses) while incorporating pranayama (breathwork) and dhyana (meditation).
